Jamie Muffett is a British voice actor based in the Philadelphia region. With a career spanning thousands of television commercials, promos, AAA video games, documentaries, and corporate narrations, Jamie's natural, friendly, and conversational British voice style can be heard around the world every day.
His most notable roles include Thatcher in Rainbow Six Siege, Warhammer 40,000, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Grand Theft Auto 5, and FIFA 20. Jamie's client list includes major brands such as Google, Amazon, McDonald's, Microsoft, Warner Brothers, ESPN, NBC, ABC, and National Geographic Channel, among many others. Jamie began his career as an audio engineer, engineering and producing in studios in the UK and NYC before becoming a successful voice actor with his own professional studio. Equipped with an extensive mic locker, top-tier preamps and digital conversion, an acoustically treated and isolated booth, and all of the remote connection services, Jamie's studio delivers broadcast-quality audio for his clients. He also records in studios across NYC and the Philadelphia area. As a passionate and experienced voice actor, Jamie teaches voiceover and has taught classes for Syracuse University, Edge Studios NYC, Voice Actors of NYC, and Gardner St Philly. He is also a 'Backstage Expert' for Backstage Magazine (print and digital) and co-chairs VOcation, a voiceover conference devoted to the business of voiceover. Combining his audio production and voiceover experience, Jamie produces and hosts the VO School Podcast, teaching the art, craft, and business of voiceover, and most recently, The VO Breakfast Show. He also produces Backstage's 'In The Envelope' podcast, interviewing actors such as Natalie Portman, Sir Patrick Stewart, Nicole Kidman, Gary Oldman, Reese Witherspoon, Hugh Grant, and many others.
